Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover is a moisturizing eye makeup remover from Japan that gently and thoroughly removes even the most waterproof eye makeup and mascara. It contains moisturizing and cleansing ingredients that quickly "float" and envelop oil-based makeup, which allows it to be easily removed without having to rub the delicate skin around the eyes. This product is suitable for all skin types, including those with sensitive skin!

How to use

1. Shake well before using to mix the water and emollient layers.
   
2. Apply a small amount of product to a cotton pad and place moistened cotton pad on eyelid for about 10 seconds.
3. Wipe gently without rubbing to remove eye makeup.
